However the European marketplace is quickly catching on to the phenomenon of home based business & network marketing. The advantages of a home based business are evident: low cost, flexible working hours & tax benefits, to name but a few. But these advantages have much been there for lots of years, so why the sudden growth? Why do so lots of people start their own home based business right now, & why would network marketing be a nice thing to consider for so lots of others?

First of all there is worldwide economic uncertainty & lots of economies are either facing a recession or are in the middle of two. Turn open any newspaper & you cannot miss articles on companies downsizing & laying off employees by the thousands. Network marketing offers people the chance to generate a part time auxiliary income, right beside their day job. This kind of extra income has proven a great help to lots of families across the world. Of coursework lots of network marketers have made a full time living out of there business. Some of them have made fortunes. But this level of success, although available to someone who is willing to do the work, won’t be for most people. Most network marketers run a part time business for a small number of hours a week earning them a couple hundred bucks a month.

Then there is the phenomenon of cocooning, where the consumer tries to shield itself from all sorts of marketing messages. Do-no-call lists are in place, making it harder & harder for companies to get their messages across to the consumer. Network marketing, which is based on moving a service or product to the end consumer based on personal relationships, delivers a strong answer to these challenges. More & more traditional companies have discovered that network marketing is a very cost effective way to reach consumers.

& then there is the growing lack of trust in the corporate world. Not long ago, people where used to having a job for life. Or at least until they decided to quit. Nowadays lots of people have come to realize that job security is a joke. lots of people have lost their jobs over two time only to find out that they were nothing but a number to their corporate employer. it isn’t the fact that you have to go out to find another job to feed your relatives. it is also the fact that you have been listening to your employer bloating about the importance of their human assets when in the end in turns the employees where considered human asses.

Network marketing not only offers people a chance to generate some extra income, it also provides them with the opportunity to get some of their dignity back. Helping them realize that they don’t necessarily have to depend on their employers paycheck. The support structures that lots of nice network marketing companies offer are a great help to individuals joining this type of business. Not only will they receive the proper training on their company’s products & services. they will also be educated on personal development

The advantages of a home based business are evident & in the near future they will certainly see more of it. Looking at today’s trends in the economy it doesn’t take a genius to figure out that the era of monolithic companies offering jobs for life has ended. it is time to have the courage to bet on yourself again & home based business is a nice way to do so. & for those people that decide to take this step, taking a serious look at network marketing is common sense. How Simple Improvements Can Transform Your Home

 When I was in the market for a new home a few years ago I was lucky and found just the one I was looking for, except that it had a small kitchen that seemed out of place in what was a nice, large house. It also did not have a covered patio in the backyard, and it was missing a few other amenities. I bought the house but knew it needed some changes and additions, and that I wasn’t going to be happy with it until I had truly made it mine. Does that sound familiar?

A lot of people live in homes that are nice, but could be that much nicer with just a little work. And how often have you seen a house that looked impressive from the front, but in the back there was… nothing? That’s too bad, as a nicely designed deck can make a huge difference. I first realized this when I saw incredibly innovative decks and terraces in beach homes on North Carolina’s Outer Banks. When I got home I did some sketches and had a reputable builder do a great deck in my own backyard. A deck not only adds to the visual impact of a home, it also extends the living space. And the sky’s the limit when it comes to designing and building great decks.

There are other ways to extend living space. For example, I fixed my small kitchen problem by having a contractor take out a wall and add a sunroom. It didn’t cost very much, but totally transformed not only the kitchen but also my entire house. The kitchen became much larger and brighter, and we use the sunroom as a breakfast nook or just for sitting there and enjoying our yard in an open but nicely sheltered environment. It was money very well spent.

Pergolas are freestanding garden or attached structures that may link buildings or just define an outdoor space. Pergolas can turn an ordinary yard into an interesting landscape that provides shade, a place to sit and enjoy the outdoors, or a place to grow plants and vines. I had mine built over a hot tub, making it a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the hot water and a cool breeze.

Covered patios are almost like a covered outdoor room. They provide shade and protection from rain, but do not take away from the outdoor experience. A good contractor can help you design a covered patio that fits your budget and complements your home.

The bottom line is that home improvement doesn’t stop at exterior painting, replacement windows, or creating a new look with, for example the rugged and attractive Hardie plank siding I’ve had my eyes on for a while. Such projects need to be done, of course, but while you’re at it, take the opportunity to make your dreams come true. Rip out that wall and put in a sunroom. Take a good, long look at your yard and add a multi-level deck or a covered patio. You’ll be much happier with your home, and you’ll increase its value. It’s truly a win-win situation.
